Noise abatement

Please avoid flying over noise sensitive areas:

  • No overflight of urban and residential areas
  • Comply with published traffic pattern
  • Approaches from the east above the river danube
Departure runway 12
After takeoff turn slightly right and fly above the river Danube.

No overflight of residential areas on runway-heading!

(also applicable to landing)

After take off turn slightly right heading south-east. Fly above the river Danube until you have passed the town of Windorf.

Fly directly towards the power plant chimneys.

Fly straight ahead!

After take-off fly straight ahead towards the power station chimneys (comply with wind correction angle) until you reach the crosswind leg (castle ruins). Avoid flying above the right side of the valley.
